Welcome Spring!

When I went into work on Tuesday, I spied this bunny at my desk..
and immediately fell in love! My dear friend Pam, who has known me for many years,
saw her in a store, and knew how much I would love her. She has the sweetest face,
and is all decked out for Spring with her fancy pink collar and chickie pin and her party hat....

and is even holding a little banner that says "JOY" all glittered up...

Sigh....I am in love!
More Spring lovliness...

This beautiful Spring garland is a gift from my friend Jacqueline. I have to figure out where
to hang it as it is very long. The colors are so vibrant and fresh. I am so blessed to have
such great friends who know me so well!

A month ago or so, I purchased some Spring tags from my friend and
former swap partner, Sharon, of My Vintage Studio. When Sharon
and I were swap partners in the Swap for All Seasons Cabinet Card Swap,
she sent some beautiful Christmas tags she had made. Her work is
so exquisite and each tag is a little art masterpiece. When she started to sell
Spring tags in her Etsy shop, I just couldn't resist them!

Wonderful images, dreamy flowers and beautiful ribbons...
when they arrived, I couldn't believe that they were all prettier
in person than in photos. The ones decorated with flowers are my favorites...

I went back and ordered two more!

Isn't this lovely? The bling is like the icing on the cake!

I think Bunnie likes them, too!
It's never too late to send some love. Thank you Bethanie!!
 xoxo!

First of all, cute bunny AND nice friend in Pam. Did you know my best friend's name is Pam? I'm not saying that my Pam is your Pam, nor am I saying that your Pam is your best friend. What I'm doing is being silly. ;)

I can never get over what an artist bunch you and your buddies are! Holy Carp and Flounder! Some serious artsy talent there. You all put me to shame.

Joyce, You have us all falling in love today with this wonderful rabbit. Look at the little cape clasp! My Dear Friend and I have been perusing your sight again and again in the effort to teach her how to make cards and covered journals for a Free Store that is opening in our town. She has has the exact same "Philly" humor that you do and has come up with some really cute sayings for her cards. Thanks for all that you inspire! Elizabeth

Hi Joy, thanks for stopping by my blog recently and sending such lovely compliments on my work. I just adore Sharon's work! I absolutely LOVE those flowers. I've seen them with pearls in the center, but never with bling. These are just gorgeous! I try to stop by and keep up with what's happening on your blog as it too is beautiful!

Oh my goodness! That bunny is just so cute, Joyce! It looks like you have found some wonderful things for spring. I am going to have to take a peak around your blog. I haven't visited in so long. I have been restricting my computer time to pretty much flickr only, but I couldn't help stopping in and seeing what sort of spring and Easter goodies you had. As you know along with Christmas, Easter is my favorite holiday. Your blog looks so beautiful. Blessings to you my friend!

Just swinging back by tonight, hoping you're feeling better and getting all your swap items done. : )
Thanks for the kind comment over at my place about the Studio. I should have known we'd
have lots of similar items in our Studios. I got those two wooden stacking shelves (which hold my stamps) at Goodwill last year. What a wonderful find! : )
Take care,
Mary Lou
