20 years ago today,
on a day when the temperature was 92-degrees
(and we didn't have air conditioning in the church yet)
we stood before God
our children
our family
and our friends
and pledged our love and committment to each other.
I hope you will always know
that no matter what life brings our way,
I would do it all again...in a New York minute!

ReplyDeleteYinz are even cuter now than you were 20 years ago...yr' bigger goobers too...but they say we're closest to our own.
ReplyDeleteI can't even quantify how much better my/our life has been since David became a part of it...he brought his immense heart & compassion, his quiet wisdom and his saint-like patience to a broken family of misfits...and helped to create the first signs of stability that at least I had ever encountered in my life by that time, some 20 years ago.
And to think - the package deal also gave me the older brother i always wanted and the sweetest cookie bakin', milkshake makin' grandparents you could ever ask for.
So cheers to 20 wonderful years...and to a great man, friend and father. (((PG)))
